Definitions and Interpretation
The following words and terms are used with specific meanings in these terms and conditions:
- "Platform" — The l898 website and all associated mobile applications and digital services.
- "User" / "You" — Any person who has registered on the platform or is using its services.
- "We" / "l898" — The company operating the platform and its authorized representatives.
- "Account" — A user's registered personal profile on the platform.
- "Balance" — The amount of funds held in a user's account.

Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account on l898, the following eligibility criteria must be met:

- Must have a valid national identity card or passport.
- Must have an active mobile number.
- Must have a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your own name.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete, and accurate.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or device. If multiple accounts are found for the same person, all of them will be permanently closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.
2.3 Third-Party Restriction
Operating an account on behalf of someone else or for the benefit of any third party is strictly prohibited. Account login credentials should not be shared with anyone.
Account Management
3.1 KYC Verification
l898 may request KYC documents from a user at any time to verify their identity. The following documents may typically be required:
- Scan or photo of the front and back of the national identity card.
- Proof of payment account ownership.
- Selfie or liveness verification (if required).
If KYC is not completed within the specified time, the account will be temporarily suspended and withdrawals will be blocked.
3.2 Password and Security
The user is fully responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials secure. Any password leak or unauthorized access to the account must be reported to our support team immediately.
3.3 Updating Information
If any registration details change (such as mobile number or payment account), l898's support team must be informed immediately to update the information. l898 will not be held responsible for any transaction delays or cancellations resulting from incorrect information.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
You can use bKash, Nagad, or Rocket to deposit funds into l898.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
- Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
- The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
- Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted — they will be returned or held.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawals generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.
- Withdrawals will only be made to the registered payment account.
- Withdrawals will be on hold until KYC verification is complete.
- Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
4.3 Transaction Currency
All transactions on l898 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. The applicable wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x).
- The combined total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 15 times before it becomes withdrawable.
- The welcome bonus applies only once and only on the first deposit.
- l898 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraudulent activity is suspected.
5.2 VIP Cashback
l898's VIP program has four tiers, with weekly cashback available at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
You can advance to higher VIP tiers through active and regular participation.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time (unless specifically stated otherwise).
- The validity period for each bonus will be stated separately with each offer.
- Claiming a bonus while using a VPN or proxy will be considered void.
- l898 reserves the right to change the terms of bonus offers at any time.
Betting Rules
6.1 Conditions for Placing Bets
There must be sufficient balance in the account before placing a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
6.2 Settlement of Results
l898 uses official results from recognized sources to settle sports event outcomes. If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, l898 reserves the right to correct them.
6.3 Cancelled Bets
Bets may be cancelled and the original amount refunded in the following situations:
- If the event is cancelled or postponed before the scheduled time.
- If it is proven that odds were published based on incorrect information.
- If a bet was not properly recorded due to a technical failure.
6.4 Fair Play
All games and sports betting on l898 are conducted under fair and transparent rules. We are committed to protecting users' funds in the event of any technical error or unforeseen circumstances.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on l898:
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
- Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
- Match fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any event.

Account Suspension & Closure

- Extended period of account inactivity.
- Fulfillment of legal or regulatory obligations.
10.2 Closure by the User
Any user may close their account by submitting a written request to the support team. It will be possible to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed (subject to all bonus conditions being met).
10.3 Inactive Accounts
If there is no login or transaction for 180 days or more, the account may be marked as inactive. Contact the support team to reactivate an inactive account.
Limitation of Liability
l898 is committed to providing a safe and uninterrupted service at all times. However, l898's liability will be limited in the following circumstances:
- Loss caused by a disruption to the user's own network connection.
- Loss caused by issues with the user's device or software.
- Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, government directives, or cyberattacks.
- Transaction delays due to disruption of third-party services (payment gateways).
- Unauthorized access resulting from the user leaving their login credentials insecure.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
l898 reserves the right to change, amend, or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms and conditions will take effect from the date of publication.
